We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

2. Free Shipping
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking
Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your pole dancing apparel as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Exchanges: Subject to availability
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Lingerie (intimate wear)
- Leotards & Bodysuits (unless packaging remains unopened)
- Gloves (due to direct skin contact)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return approval (if eligible)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Package the items securely in their original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship to our return address (provided in approval email)
Refund Process
- Timeline: Allow 3-5 business days for us to receive and process your return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Method:
- Credit/debit card purchases: Refunded to original payment method
- PayPal purchases: Refunded to your PayPal account
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your email, clearly specify the replacement item(s) you want
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
