Quick Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Exchanges: Subject to availability

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Not be part of our non-returnable items (see below)
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie (for intimate wear hygiene)
  • Leotards & Bodysuits (unless packaging is unopened)
  • Gloves (due to direct skin contact)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return approval (if eligible)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  1. Package the items securely in their original packaging
  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  4. Ship to our return address (provided in approval email)

Refund Process

Timeline:

  • Allow 3-5 business days for us to receive and process your return
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Refund Method:

  • Credit/debit card purchases: Refunded to original payment method
  • PayPal purchases: Refunded to your PayPal account

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your email, clearly specify the replacement item(s) you want
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  5. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund
